They’re not just for growing fuzzy plants…watch and learn how Chia seeds can help you…and admire Josh’s ability to run in place-in slow motion…
born in 1980 in sunny san diego, california, josh bower seemed to be a normal child with a seemingly unremarkable childhood. now is usually the part in the bio when something cataclysmic or utterly life changing would veer the course of his existence. but, unfortunately, his youth became only more unremarkable when his parents decided to move to the dusty hills of the mojave desert.
being a chubby awkward kid, josh made few friends and found solace in the warm glow that emanated from his television.

If you have recently toured a Centex home, then chances are you’ve heard Josh’s voice or have seen him guiding you through some of the luxurious amenities found in every model. Don’t be surprised to find him on screne throughout the national home builder’s model homes!

Josh has recently enjoyed national air time as a happy homeowner plagued by the sloppiness of normal run-of-the-mill painting tape. Enjoy this clip and admire his DIY skills as Frog Tape teaches him a valuable lesson.

Ok, so maybe I have been a complete slacker in keeping things up to date on the site over the last year. That being said, I have in no way slacked otherwise (especially with the cheesy puns):
September 2008: Can I have some cheese with that whine? Cast in a photoshoot for Darioush Winery in Napa Valley.
December 2008: It’s in the jeans…cast in a photoshoot for Bay Area company indi Denim.
December 2008: Starred in the limited engagement showing of Santaland Diaries by David Sedaris at The Prospect Theater Project. I had the honor of meeting David Sedaris after one of his shows. Upon learning that I played him he mentioned to my friend “he’s way too good looking for that role,” and then signed in my copy of Naked “To Josh-With Sympathy. David.”
March 2009: Coordinated and threw The Prospect Theater Project’s first annual charity gala Gypsies, Tramps, and Thieves. It was a smash success, and raised over $10,000 for the theater.
June 2009: Cast in the lead role in Tomas Bertenyi’s film Decameron.
September 2009: Cast in national commercial for Frog Tape.
November 2009: Cast as the lead role Bruce in Chris Durang’s Beyond Therapy. Show opens in February at The Prospect Theater Project.
Whew! That sums it up for now, stay tuned for pictures and more updates!

Josh took to the runway for the Rhia Jaucian charity fashion show in San Francisco. Sporting a beautiful suit hand crafted by designer Lucio Montana, Josh did his best to walk in a straight line, turn, turn around, walk in a straight line, then turn again…I think he nailed it.

No, Josh didn’t tie the big one…he teamed up with Kim Nodurft, Christine Bruggman, Nicole Hanson, and model Michele Cox for a wedding themed shoot in Big Sur. Some beautiful images were shot, visit Kim and Christine’s sites to view more of their work.
